Vendor Information

After a successful return last year with 50,000 attendees, the San Joaquin County Fair is coming back this June 14-18, 2017. The Fair board, staff and community leaders are thrilled to bring this valuable community event back. To make the fair a raving success, we are looking forward to working with some of the area and state’s best vendors.

For both food and commercial vendors, the fee is $750. However, we are running a promotion! All approved space requests paid in full by February 1 will be $650. There will be no commission schedule for event sales (food or otherwise).

We are looking forward to providing fairgoers a wide array of options for shopping and eating. If you wish to be a part of this resurgence, please review and fill out the attached request for space. While this is not a guarantee of space, it will put you on a list of potential vendors to be reviewed by the Fair. Notice will be provided regarding the decision.
