Vendor Information

The San Joaquin County Fair is coming back June 14-17, 2018. The Fair board, staff and community leaders are thrilled to bring this valuable community event back. To make the fair a raving success, we are looking forward to working with some of the area and state’s best vendors.

Vendor fees are as follows (for all four days):

  • Concessionaire: $500
  • Commercial: $400
  • Arts/Crafts and Small Business: $200
    *per 10 ft frontage

This year, vendors have the opportunity to select/retain their space for $100. Upon approval, vendors from the 2017 fair have first right to their space and must submit payment and space request no later than December 31. If payment is not received, the next request for that space will be honored.

We are looking forward to providing fairgoers a wide array of options for shopping and eating. If you wish to be a part of this resurgence, please review and fill out the attached request for space. While this is not a guarantee of space, it will put you on a list of potential vendors to be reviewed by the Fair. Notice will be provided regarding the decision.
